Orders shipped to the states of CA, IL, and NY must pay Sales Tax as part of their order. Sales Tax will automatically be applied if you are making the purchase through the Online Store.
If you are placing an order through mail, phone or some other method you must calculate and add the Sales Tax for your State. If Sales Tax is not included, your order will NOT be processed until the correct amount is paid. The Frank Sinatra Store will notify customers that there is an additional amount due via email or written letter to the email address or shipping address associated with the order.
To retrieve your password, please visit the login area of the online store and select: "Email me a new password." In a few minutes you will receive an email with your auto-generated password. Once you receive this, log on to the site and visit the My Account screens to reset your password.
While Checking out with an order you will be prompted to select a Shipping Address at step 2 of 3: Shipping. Simply click the “Add New Address” and enter the address that you would like your order shipped to. You can also visit the My Account screen to edit your list of shipping addresses. Please note that if you change one of your shipping addresses after you have placed an order that order will still be shipped to the OLD address. If you need to change the shipping address on order which is being processed please contact customer service.
Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery, although orders will likely arrive sooner. For orders outside of the USA, delivery time may vary depending on your delivery area. Orders are processed in the order received.
Orders placed after 12PM PST will not ship until the following business day.
The Frank Sinatra Store ships orders within the USA via USPS Priority, UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Overnight. Shipping rates are calculated based on the products' weights, sizes and any associated handling fees.
The Frank Sinatra Store ships orders via USPS First Class Mail to countries outside of the United States. Please note that The Frank Sinatra Store is NOT responsible for duties or taxes incurred on packages shipped internationally. Shipping rates are calculated based on the products' weights and sizes. USPS First Class mail is calculated at a rate of $15 for the first pound and $5 for each additional pound. Please note that USPS is our economy international shipping option and will result in slower delivery.
The shipping charges applied to your order do not include custom fees. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned.
We do not estimate customs fees, taxes, duties, etc... The delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment. Please be familiar with the customs charges in your country before you order.
Due to International shipping law/practices, we are unable to declare merchandise as "Gift" on customs forms.

Please make checks or money orders payable to "Sinatra.com". If you choose to pay for your order with a check, you must allow 3 weeks for the check to clear before your order is processed. Your order will still be shipped within the regular delivery time of up to 6 weeks. We accept checks in US dollars from a US bank ONLY.
To our friends outside of the USA: We accept checks in US dollars only if your local bank is affiliated with a U.S. Bank. We suggest that you contact your local bank for further information about international bank drafts, "Swift Checks" or money orders used for U.S. Dollar transactions. Otherwise, you may want to consider credit card payment. We cannot accept checks in any foreign currencies - sorry.
We do not accept checks in US Dollars drawn on International Banks outside of the USA. We accept checks in US Dollars from a US BANK ONLY. Sorry, no exceptions. Please do not send cash.
Merchandise may be exchanged for other sizes or items as long as they have not been worn, washed or damaged. The Frank Sinatra Store is not responsible for postage charges incurred by customers exchanging merchandise. Returns will be issued a credit for the amount of the original purchase price of the item that is returned if it is not exchanged for other merchandise. Please check the Frank Sinatra Store for all available sizes and items.
To exchange/return items you MUST return the merchandise within 30 days of receiving it.
No Exchanges or Returns are honored for Sale and Clearance Items. All sales are final for Sale and Clearance Items. Clearance Items are sold as-is and are Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable. If a Clearance Item you ordered is sold out, a credit will be issued for that item and sent to you.
Multimedia items (CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, etc.) are non-returnable or exchangeable once opened.
No refunds, credits and exchanges only.
Once an order ships, the shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are determined by The Frank Sinatra Store, and are only issued for those orders that were paid with a credit card. Orders with check or money order payment will receive a credit certificate for the returned items(s).
Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to cancel the order. All orders are immediately processed for shipping once we receive them. The Frank Sinatra Store reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason at our discretion.
At any time, the Frank Sinatra Store may feature items at a reduced price. If you’ve ordered an item previously or after the time the item is featured on sale, you will not be given that sale price. The sale or reduced price is only honored when the item is ordered within the time it is featured on sale or the price is reduced.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of purchased merchandise items at any time.
If an item is not available in the Frank Sinatra Store, it is not currently available for purchase.
